Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the beet3 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). beet3 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By registering an account or placing a wager on beet3, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any individuals who access or use any part of the beet3 Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• §You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts opened on behalf of another individual, by a corporation, or as a nominee are prohibited.
• §You may hold only one active account on beet3. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited without notice.
• §You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and notify us promptly of any changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• §You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using beet3 is lawful in your location.

Account Responsibilities

Once your account is registered, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. The following obligations apply at all times without exception:

• §You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. Any action taken using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• §You must notify beet3 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your password has been compromised.
• §You must not permit any other person, including family members, to use your beet3 account. Each individual must maintain their own separate registered account.
• §You are responsible for ensuring that all bets and transactions you place are accurate and intentional. beet3 is not liable for wagers placed in error.

Deposits and Withdrawals

beet3 accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment methods. These currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit amounts must meet the applicable minimum threshold. Deposits are credited to your beet3 account balance and are not interest-bearing. beet3 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification (KYC) being complete. beet3 may request copies of identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. beet3 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

beet3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• §Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• §All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• §beet3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or a technical error.
• §Players may not claim more than one welcome bonus. Bonus stacking — combining multiple promotions on the same wager — is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

Betting Rules

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of wagers on beet3. These rules apply to all sports betting markets, casino games, and live dealer tables available on the Platform:

• §All bets are final once confirmed. beet3 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers, except where required by specific event rules (e.g. an event is cancelled or postponed without a rescheduled date within 72 hours).
• §Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. beet3 may adjust these limits at its discretion and without prior notice.
• §In the event of a palpable error in odds — meaning odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — beet3 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account.
• §Casino games are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the software supplier. Where game-specific rules and these Terms conflict, the game rules take precedence for gameplay matters, while these Terms govern account, payment, and bonus matters.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on beet3. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• §Colluding with other players, using automated betting software (bots), arbitrage systems, or any mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• §Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using beet3 for money laundering, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• §Opening multiple accounts, sharing an account with other individuals, or attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or restriction by registering a new account.
• §Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated through known or discovered bugs must be returned to beet3 in full.

Intellectual Property

All content on the beet3 Platform — including the beet3 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, and audio — is the exclusive property of beet3 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beet3 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if beet3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

beet3's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your beet3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

beet3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Where practicable, we will provide additional notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.
